چکیده
The aim of this study was to examine the effect repetitive running on middle distance athletes’ muscle damage. There were 24 female middle-distance athletes who have attended training regularly voluntarily participated in study. Participants randomly divided two groups which experimental (n=12) and control groups. Experimental group participants’ mean age, height weight (20.90±1.05 year, 160.67±3.20 cm, 57.20±3.07kg, respectively). Control (21.13±.64 164.88±4.52cm, 58.13±3.48kg, Participants’ CK, LDH, Urea, Uric Acid, Creatine, HDL, LDL, Triglyceride, Total Cholesterol, Glucose, ALT AST values collected before after 8 weeks training. Data analyzed with SPSS 24.0 package programme. As a result, it showed that LDH¸ uric acid creatinine increased significantly both post-test values. no statistically significant difference pre-post test, ALT, AST, Triglyceride Cholesterol Repetitive positively LDH levels, while decreasing creatine levels. conclusion, affected urea Applied program did not affect other are used for determining

effect of maximal versus supra-maximal exhausting race on lipid peroxidation, antioxidant activity and muscle-damage biomarkers in long-distance and middle-distance runners
conclusions maximal and supra-maximal races induce a significant increase in lipid peroxidation and cause non-negligible inflammation and muscle damage. these effects were relatively related to the physical exercise type and the sportive specialty. results a significant increase in malondialdehyde (mda) concentrations was observed in ss and mdr after the vameval test and in ldr after the limite...

15 صفحه اولBetter economy in field running than on the treadmill: evidence from high-level distance runners
Given the ongoing interest in ways to improve the specificity of testing elite athletes in their natural environment, portable metabolic systems provide an opportunity to assess metabolic demand of exercise in sport-specific settings. Running economy (RE) and maximal oxygen uptake ([Formula: see text]O2max) were compared between track and treadmill (1% inclination) conditions in competitive lev...
متن کاملThe 400- and 800-m Track Running Induces Inspiratory Muscle Fatigue in Trained Female Middle-Distance Runners.
Inspiratory muscle fatigue (IMF) may limit exercise performance. A few studies have reported that IMF occurs after short-duration swimming exercise, but whether short-duration running can induce IMF remains unclear. Intra-abdominal pressure is increased during running through diaphragmatic activation to stabilize the spine during movements of the upper limbs. This occurs along with the increase...
